Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Geosciences (AAPIIG)
AAPIIG is a grassroots, member-driven organization committed to building a community that supports Asian American, Native Hawaiian and/or Pacific Islander geoscientists. I have been actively involved in the AAPIIG leadership, serving as the President since 2022 and formerly as a Steering Committee member.

Unlearning Racism in Geosciences (URGE)
URGE is a curriculum designed for geoscientists to address DEI issues by designing and implementing anti-racist policies. I led the Dartmouth Earth Science Department Pod during my time as a postdoc there.
